RULES AND REGULATIONS

– This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.

– Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation.

– Estimated fee of $15 daily for vehicles deemed as exotic. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit.

Enter this location at 106-20 70th Ave. This is the entrance address for the 107-01 Queens Blvd. garage. It is located on the East/Right-hand side of 70th Ave. (a one-way street) between Austin St. and Queens Blvd.
