Target Park U.S. provides monthly passes for most of our locations in New York, New Jersey, Boston, Philadelphia and Rhode Island. Please fill out the form below with the correct information and a representative will be in contact with you shortly.

Target Park U.S. Rules and Regulations

1. Obtaining a Parking Pass/Hangtag/Permit Applicants must complete the application identifying vehicle to be used by the card/hangtag/permit holder. The following information must be furnished for your vehicle: License Plate Number, Vehicle make, model, year and color. A replacement fee will be charged for lost cards/hangtags/permits. The replacement fee for a hangtag is $25, for an access card is $50. A lost or stolen parking card/hangtag/permit should be reported as soon as possible.

2. Conditions of use Parking card, hangtag or permit authorizes the holder to have the vehicle listed on the application in the garage/lot at any given time. The card/hangtag/permit holder is responsible for updating any changes regarding car type, license plate number, address, and telephone number. Any parker found to be misusing their parking privileges will be subject to termination of privileges.

3. Payments All checks should be made payable to Target Park US. Payment for monthly parking is due on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 5st, will be subject to a $50 late fee. All checks returned from the bank for nonpayment will be subject to a service charge $25.

4. Termination of Parking Parker must submit a written notice within 30 Days of upcoming termination. Refunds will not be given without the written advanced notice of cancellation.

5. Terms and Conditions Target Park US, is not responsible for theft, damage, loss of vehicles or items contained within the vehicle while parked on the premise. Damage or theft to any vehicle is the sole responsibility of the vehicles owner. Unidentified vehicles are subject to a citation that will be left on the windshield. A response is required as soon as possible to ensure proper identification.

6. Oversized Vehicles All SUVs, Crossovers, Vans, and Pick-ups that are 181″ or more in length and 65″ or more in height and models that are 75″ or higher regardless of length are subject to an extra charge for parking. See a list of common SUVs that are considered oversize. (this is not a complete list)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are there any additional fees?

One time activation fee, and credit/debit card surcharge fee. You may also be charged replacement fee for lost placard or decal.

Will my card get charged automatically each month?

If you choose to opt into monthly recurring billing, yes. If you don’t opt in, we accept check payments. Payments must be received by the 5th of each month in order to avoid a late fee. Must indicate what payment option is chosen at sign up.

What is your cancellation policy?

30 days advance notice via email.

What types of monthly rates do you offer?

Besides 24/7 access monthly, we also have Commuter Monthly Rate on selected locations. Please speak to our representative to get the information.

Can I only park for one month?

Yes, please indicate at sign up that your reservation is only for one month.

Can I get a parking invoice?

We can provide an invoice upon request.

What is an oversize fee?

There are oversized vehicle fees for different location.  It depends on the location.

How valet parking works at 92-23 168th street, Jamaica NY 11433

Once a vehicle comes into the parking garage there will be a valet attendant happily ready to asset them at the front of the entrance. One of our valet attendants will first greet the customer and then start to issue them a ticket for their respective vehicle. Our team will then bring your vehicle down past the ramp and into a safe & secured parking spot. When you’re ready to retrieve your vehicle, you can come to the office. Or you can have the option to call or text us ahead of time. All payments are made in the office when you come back to retrieve your vehicle which can be at any time since we’re open 24/7!
