Our Story

Established in 2006 to service a neglected market within the parking industry, Target Park identifies and revitalizes facilities and spaces that are either inefficiently operated or whose commercial parking potential has yet to be realized. Focused on creating new opportunities and successful operations for our partners along with improving the parking experience for our customers, Target Park is the experienced provider of first class, forward thinking parking experiences.

A commercial parking operator, Target Park manages parking facilities, finances their design and development, and provides consultation to landlords with respect to all parking and property management related matters. We embrace a short-sleeve protocol, and we know how to get things done.

We believe in fair market parking values. In today’s landscape, parking operators are either attempting to pry away parking facilities from one another by simply increasing the ante or expanding their market share by acquiring other companies. For the betterment of property owners as well as the parking industry, it is vital that we, as prudent operators, become more creative in our approach and add value to the properties we manage.

With the vast growth in the Canadian Market, Target Park Group, Inc. has expanded into the U.S. bringing its parking knowledge, leadership and customer care. We have found a home in Hoboken, New Jersey and have started our expansion in the Northeast!

Our Experience

At Target Park, we are putting cars back into parking lots, lowering the carbon footprint and reducing traffic and gridlock.

We are proactive parking innovators, and we have the expertise to successfully operate all manner and size of parking facility, from boutique hotels requiring white-glove valet service to large institutional and downtown parking lots.

Attended or automated, underground or surface lots, no parking scenario is beyond our capabilities. We currently operate over 230 parking facilities in North America ranging in size from 20 to 3000 parking stalls, in addition to several ancillary car wash facilities.

At Target Park we pride ourselves on our ability to provide an exceptional customer experience. Whether the parking facility is catering to a hospital, residence, hospitality complex or office, the parking experience must be welcoming, safe and stress free. After all, the parking operation is usually the first and last point of contact a person has with a facility. We periodically distribute questionnaires at each of our locations, to our customers, in order to maintain our high caliber of service.

From snow, garbage and graffiti removal, power sweeping, landscaping, security patrols and municipal parking enforcement, we can provide your properties and businesses with the needed care, maintenance and security.

We structure our ventures to suit the needs of our partners, clients and associates, as we seek new and dynamic approaches to solve their complex problems. With this in mind, Target Park has developed the following key strategies:

  • Our low management pyramid is structured to reflect our belief in a short sleeve, hands-on approach to business. This allows us to respond effectively to challenges and the constantly changing market attributes, as well as the ongoing needs of our customers and landlords.
  • As prudent operators we add value to properties by increasing revenues, reducing expenses, creating new diversified profit centers within parking operations (for example, ATM revenue, ancillary car wash and Valet services etc), redesigning and/or constructing additions to existing parking facilities.
  •  Custom tailored agreements are prepared for each of our landlord’s properties. Approaching each property on an individual basis using trusted proprietary techniques in combination with innovative and dynamic thinking uncovers the best possible solutions.
