Target Park U.S. signs a long term lease agreement for a new surface lot in Philadelphia

Target Park U.S. has signed a long-term lease with Orvo Properties to operate a 200+ surface lot in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia. This lot will be used for event parking for venues such as The Fillmore, Union Transfer, and The Ave.  In addition we will provide monthly and daily parking.

Target Park U.S. has also recently signed exclusive agreements with a large digital convenience provider, and Madison Parke Management Company, providing them with 300+ monthly spaces at 860 N Front St. and our other surrounding lots.  This nearly doubles Target Park’s monthly customer base in the Northern Liberties area.
