TARGET PARK U.S. AND EB REALTY MANAGEMENT CORP SIGN 10-YEAR LEASING AGREEMENT OF ABBOTT SQUARE GARAGE IN SOCIETY HILL AREA OF PHILADELPHIA

Chet Wilkolaski, Executive V.P. for Target Park U.S. today announced that he has signed a 10-year lease
with EB Realty Management Corp. for the management of the Abbott Square Garage in the Society Hill
section of Philadelphia.

Located at South Street, the bohemian enclave of Philadelphia, the garage serves residents of the
building’s 170+ condominiums, patrons of some 60 nearby restaurants, visitors to local art galleries, and
the thriving music venue, Theatre of the Living Arts.

Says Wilkolaski, “We are looking forward to working with the local community to develop relationships
with both residents and merchants alike to make parking easier so that patrons can enjoy all that this
vibrant community has to offer.”

Target Park U.S. will continue to offer daily, monthly and event parking, and looks to develop cross-
promotion opportunities with local merchants and venues.

Target Park U.S. currently operates several lots near Philadelphia’s busy Festival Pier, offering event and
valet parking, as well as daily and monthly parking for local residents and office building workers.
