01 Mar TARGET PARK U.S NAMED NEW PARKING MANAGER OF LOMBARD STREET GARAGE

Target Park U.S. has signed a 5-year lease with WM Garage Associates to operate the 350-space Lombard Street Garage in the South Street Headhouse District of Philadelphia starting March 1, 2019. The garage, located at 215 Lombard Street, is directly across from Abbotts Square Garage, which Target Park has managed since October 2018. Says Executive V.P. Chet Wilkolaksi, “Operating both primary parking facilities in the area allows us to offer consistent
and competitive monthly and daily parking rates to area residents, merchants and visitors to the neighborhood.”

Today Target Park U.S. launched a second location in the busy South Street Headhouse District of Philadelphia, a 350-space garage, owned by WM Garage Associates, at 215 Lombard Street. Together with the Abbotts Square Garage, which Target Park has managed since October 2018, the garages serve as the primary parking facilities for area residents, businesses, and visitors to the local eateries, waterfront, and the popular music venue, TLA (Theatre of the Living Arts).
